Review: Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion

I recently had to make a stop by my local Nutrition Depot to pick up some more protein. I’ve tried many different brands of protein before and I have yet to find one that is good enough to stick with. This visit I chose to try the MyoFusion by Gaspari Nutrition. Since then I am about halfway through the jug and I can honestly say that this is the best protein I have every tired. Not only does the taste and the fact that it mixes so well make it superior to other proteins, but the ingredients do as well. It has a very good protein blend as well as minimal calories, fat, cholesterol, and carbs (sugar to be specific). In addition, MyoFusion has an extremely good amino acid complex that has a very high rate of absorption. I have noticed much better recoveries from workouts since I’ve been taking MyoFusion, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I am sold on this stuff and I would highly recommend everyone give it a try.
